Off Duty Underground is based in Australia. 

AU Order & Shipping Information

Orders are packaged & posted within 1 - 3 business days, and are sent via standard shipping with tracking.  A confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you when your item is on its way. Standard domestic shipping can take up to 10 business days to arrive.

Off Duty Underground is committed to sustainable practices, all parcels will be sent in re-usable compostable mailers by Hero Packaging.

Worldwide shipping available! 

Standard International shipping can take anywhere from 15 - 25 business days to arrive, and will include tracking information.

During Holidays or Peak season, international shipping could possibly take a little longer. Please allow room for slight delays during these times of year.

Off Duty Underground is not responsible for any Customs or Imports charges.

If you are located internationally and are unable to check-out once your items have been added to the cart, please get in contact and this will be fixed for you shortly.

Please choose carefully as we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Measurements and tag size (where applicable) are provided in the item description to ensure best fit. As genuine vintage clothing sizes have a tendency to run small in comparison to todays sizing, it is recommended to check the measurements as the most accurate depiction of sizing.  There will be no refunds or exchanges in the case of incorrect sizing.

Measurements are taken with the garment flat and relaxed, and in inches. They have already been doubled for your convenience where applicable such as chest, waist and hips. If the flat lay measurement is desired, please half this number provided. Measurements are an approximation.

To ensure best fit with the measurements provided, it's recommended:
1. to use your body measurements
2. to measure an item of your own clothing on a flat lay for comparison, preferably in a similar style and that you hope it will fit like

 

Please be aware that when you purchase Vintage & Pre-loved Clothing that you are buying a garment that has previously been worn. There may be minor signs of general wear and tear, fading and/or signs of age. This is a part of the clothing's charm and is a non-refundable matter.

Off Duty Underground checks all items for any significant signs of wear or faults. The garments condition and any notable flaws or defects will be noted in the listing description, however minor signs of wear are still to be expected. We take pride in the high quality of our collection. 

If an item you receive is unfit for wear, has a major fault, or if any defects were not listed in the product description, please fill out the contact form and get in touch. 

Only items deemed faulty or that have been misrepresented will a refund/exchange/store credit be considered - if your item is faulty please keep as proof of damage will need to be shown and returned.
